1. Account VIP Expired

When your VIP membership expires, the system will display the following alert:

Solution:

• You can renew your subscription directly within the software.
• The system supports WeChat Pay, Alipay, and PayPal. Once renewal is successful, the VIP duration will extend automatically.

2. Account Suspended

If your account is suspended due to violations of platform guidelines or other issues, the system will display the following alert:

Solution:

• If your account is suspended, self-service unlocking within the software is not available.
• Please use the contact information provided in the software interface to contact the platform administrator to verify and unlock your account.
